Suppose a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship is discovered within the warranty period. In that case, The Men Thing will replace the product with a new or equivalent item at no charge to you. We will ensure that you receive an identical product as a replacement (or a comparable model if the exact item is no longer available), allowing you to continue enjoying our product without interruption. This remedy of replacement is our promise to make things right should any covered defect arise.

Exclusions

While our warranty is extensive, it does have certain limitations. The 5-year warranty does not cover conditions or damage that are not attributable to defects in materials or workmanship, such as:

  • Misuse or abuse of the product: Any damage caused by using the product in a manner not intended or recommended by The Men Thing (e.g. subjecting it to harmful conditions or purposes for which it was not designed) .

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications: Damage resulting from repairs, servicing, or alterations carried out by anyone not authorised by The Men Thing will void this warranty.

  • Normal wear and tear: Natural ageing and degradation from ordinary use over time (for example, minor scratches, fading, or plating wear) are not covered by the warranty. Such gradual cosmetic or performance changes do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

  • Accidental damage or external causes: Any issues caused by accidents, drops, improper handling, or external events (such as exposure to extreme environments) are not covered under this warranty. Generally, damage not resulting from a manufacturing defect is excluded from free replacement coverage.
