Every step, from production to packaging and shipping of our jewellery, undergoes meticulous checks to ensure excellence, significantly reducing the likelihood of any issues for our customers. However, in the unlikely event that you encounter any concerns, we provide a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all our products starting from the date of your order placement.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Damages not covered : The warranty won't apply to damages like breakages, scratches, cracks, or tarnishing of plating.

Misuse: Any use of the product in a way it wasn't intended or recommended by the THE MEN THING.

Wear and tear: The natural degradation of the product due to regular use over time.

If any damage to the item falls within above categories, the warranty will likely not cover the repair or replacement.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY

  1. Please forward an email to info@thementhing.com including your order number and providing specific details regarding your warranty claim.
  2. Expect an email notification from our team confirming the approval of your claim.
  3. After approval, we'll coordinate the pickup of the jewellery from your address.
  4. Please ensure the jewellery is securely packaged either in its original packaging or an appropriate alternative.
  5. THE MEN THING will handle the booking of the return shipping and manage all necessary arrangements.
  6. Upon receipt of the jewellery at our warehouse, our skilled technicians will address the issue and regularly update you on the progress via email.
  7. If the jewellery can be repaired, we aim to return it to you within a week without any additional charges for the repair service.
  8. Yet, if the problem proves unrepairable, our team will propose an alternative solution through email communication.

Please be aware that by following these steps, you can claim your warranty without needing to arrange a return shipping label. THE MEN THING will manage all aspects, from organizing the pickup to the return shipping of the repaired jewellery, if it can be fixed.
