Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
We want your experience with The Men Thing to be seamless. Please review the process for returns and exchanges below.
Start a return or exchange
Click the "Raise Return & Exchange " link on our website (located in the footer/menu) and follow the prompts. You’ll be asked for your order number, reason, and, if needed, photos. Requests submitted anywhere else may be delayed. Please ensure you share a picture of the product with the tag; otherwise, your request to return will be rejected.

What’s eligible

Free Exchanges & Returns: If you wish to exchange a product, we will ship the replacement free of charge.

Exchange & Return window: You must raise your return request within 30 days of the purchase date (as shown on your order confirmation/invoice).

Condition of item: Returns are not accepted if the product tag has been removed. Keep tags attached until you’re sure you will keep the item.

Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged, start a request via Raise Return & Exchange and upload clear photos within the form. After verification, we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund with free return shipping.
Refund timeline
Once your return reaches us and is inspected, we’ll notify you in the portal if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received the refund, open your existing request in Raise Return & Exchange for an update.

- Post-exchange finality: Once an exchange is processed, return/refund rights for that SKU merge into the exchange and are deemed fully satisfied; no further return will be eligible.
