- Remote Area Surcharge: We absorb any remote-area handling fee so you still pay nothing.
- Bulk / Corporate Orders: Very large orders may ship in multiple parcels; all parcels remain free of charge.
- COD Orders: Cash-on-Delivery remains free, but courier companies may cap COD value; we will advise at checkout if limits apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy follows the same customer-first approach:

- No Restocking Fee: You pay nothing to return or exchange an item that meets our return conditions.
- Fast Replacement Dispatch: Exchange items ship out within 24 hours of receiving the return parcel at our warehouse.
